How do I get paid?

It depends on your payment mode. On Vesse Pay, you receive a weekly Friday EFT payout for all paid and confirmed orders — Vesse collects via iKhokha and transfers your share directly to your bank account. On Own PayFast, payments go directly to your PayFast wallet the moment a customer pays.

What are Vesse Pay fees?

Vesse Pay charges a platform fee based on your plan (5% on Free, 3% on Growth, 2% on Scale) plus iKhokha's 1.5% processing fee. On Free that's 6.5% total per transaction. On Scale it's 3.5%. Own PayFast has no extra Vesse fee — only standard PayFast rates apply.

Do I need a PayFast account to start selling?

No. Vesse Pay lets you accept payments immediately without a PayFast account. Just add your bank details in settings and you're live. Own PayFast requires a verified PayFast merchant account, which can take 1–2 weeks to set up.

Can I switch templates later?

Yes — any time, without losing your products, orders, or settings. The switch is instant. Go to store settings → Appearance and pick a new template.

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Your plan upgrades immediately. New features and increased limits (more products, lower fees, analytics) are available the moment payment clears. Billed monthly, cancel any time from your billing settings.

How many products can I list?

Free plan: 4 products. Growth plan: 24 products. Scale plan: unlimited. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings. Existing products are never removed when you downgrade — they just become uneditable until you upgrade again.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are on the roadmap. For now, your store lives at your-slug.vesse.co.za — clean, shareable, and optimised for Instagram bios and link-in-bio tools.

How do I set up delivery?

Go to your store dashboard → Delivery. Add as many options as you need — standard, express, free over a certain order amount. Customers choose their preferred option at checkout. You can edit or disable options any time.

How do customer reviews work?

Customers who have placed an order can leave a review on any product. Reviews go into a pending state first — you approve or reject them from your store dashboard before they go live on your storefront.

What payment methods do customers see at checkout?

Customers are redirected to a secure payment page (iKhokha for Vesse Pay, PayFast for Own PayFast). Both support card payments and Instant EFT. The exact options shown depend on the gateway.
